Legal 500 EMEA 2022 anerkennt erneut fünf Rechtsgebiete von Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte

In ihrer EMEA Ausgabe 2022 anerkennt Legal 500, einer der weltweit führenden Analysten im Rechtsanwaltsmarkt, erneut insgesamt fünf Rechtsgebiete von Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte.

Legal 500 beschreibt die fünf Rechtsgebiete wie folgt:

Corporate, commercial and M&A: Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte offers clients a ‘to the point, practical, solution-oriented and experienced approach.‘ The team is particularly active for companies from the manufacturing, healthcare, real estate and technology industries whom it advises on the full range of corporate, commercial and M&A topics. Practice head Markus Alder is also able to assist clients with succession planning issues. Arlette Pfister, combines ‘strong and precise knowledge of the law with an excellent understanding of a client’s business needs.’ Michael Bösch is a key contact for corporate matters.

Dispute resolution – litigation: Boutique litigation law firm Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte has traditional strength in banking and estate litigation but has recently been notably active in broader commercial litigation, distribution and licensing claims, post-M&A disputes and liability matters. The team also gains international work from its involvement in the Interlaw network. The group is jointly headed up by banking litigator Daniel Stoll and corporate and professional liability dispute specialist Patrick Rohn.

Employment: Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte offers employment advice across a broad spectrum of matters ranging from ‘giving advice on day-to-day employment concerns to advising on complex employment strategies and questions‘. The team, headed by Thomas Loher , is specialised in matters concerning executive employees, such as CEOs and managing directors, frequently negotiating hiring and termination packages whilst acting for both the employer as well as employee side. ‘Outstanding employment law expert’ Anna Neukom Chaney made partner in 2022. Insurance: Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte focuses on advising insurance companies on insurance law and liability law as well as social security law, occupational pension plans, private insurance law and supervisory law, in particular in contentious matters. The practice is headed by Martin Bürkle, a specialist in judicial and extra-judicial claims management of all varieties for on behalf of insurance companies. The team further assists clients with regards to coverage issues, the drafting of policies as well as settlement issues.

TMT: Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte is adept at handling regulatory proceedings and compliance issues for clients from various TMT backgrounds, especially the telecommunications and new technologies markets. Additionally, the group demonstrates strength in M&A transactions involving technology companies and has considerable experience in tech-related litigation and arbitration. Katia Favre, who has a background in computer sciences with specialisms in data protection and outsourcing matters, is the head of the team.
