In ihrer EMEA Ausgabe 2021 anerkennt Legal 500, einer der weltweit führenden Analysten im Rechtsanwaltsmarkt, erneut insgesamt fünf Rechtsgebiete von Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte.

Corporate, commercial and M&A (tier 3): At Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte, the group acts for domestic and international companies from the manufacturing, technology, healthcare and real estate industries on the full range of related issues, including transactions, commercial and corporate law. Markus Alder, who combines his corporate and M&A practice with employment and insolvency law, leads the practice together with Arlette Pfister, who also handles joint ventures and corporate governance matters. Michael Bösch, Martin Bürkle and associate Marzel Wyden are other names to note.

Dispute resolution – litigation (tier 4): Zurich-based boutique law firm Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte’s key areas of activity is dispute resolution; the team is particularly active in banking and estate proceedings, where it acts for Swiss and foreign banks as well as individuals.
