Our Arbitration Team contributes the Swiss Chapter for ‘Global Legal Insights: International Arbitration 2019’

‘Global Legal Insights: International Arbitration’, a guide published on an annual basis, covers key topics in international arbitration such as arbitration agreements and procedures, arbitrators, interim relief, arbitration awards, challenge and enforcement of awards and this regarding 36 jurisdictions worldwide.

Our arbitration team members Michael Bösch, Patrick Rohn and Simon Hohler addressed these and other issues from a Swiss perspective, adding some remarks regarding the current revision of the chapter 12 of the Swiss Private International Law Act, the lex arbitri for international arbitration in Switzerland.
