Anna Neukom Chaney is a Partner at Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte. As a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law she has in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor and employment law. She advises and accompanies her clients in all aspects of an employment relationship under private and public law, namely from the beginning, during and at the termination of an employment contract. Her further expertise are work permits and data protection in employment related matters. In addition, she has extensive and long-standing experience in litigation, in particular with regard to employment law, private construction law (i.a. contract for work and services, building contractor’s lien) and claim-disputes as well as the obtaining of freezing orders and the enforcement of (foreign) decisions.
