In its 2019 EMEA edition Legal 500, one of the world’s leading legal market analyst, recommends in total five practice areas of Thouvenin Rechtsanw\u00e4lte – two more than in its 2018 edition, namely employment and insurance. Corporate, commercial and M&A (tier 3):<\/u> Thouvenin Rechtsanw\u00e4lte’s national and international M&A clients mostly come from the manufacturing, healthcare and technology industries. Other areas of expertise include corporate advice, commercial leasing and distribution issues, as well as structuring financial investments.
