On 13 November 2018 our law firm’s practise group Private Clients \/ Entrepreneurs hosted an in-house event adressing the topic of the ongoing revision of the Swiss succession law. Discussed were the main topics of the draft revision which due to its transitional provisions must be taken into account already today when planning an estate. The event was attended by more than two dozens advisors of private clients and SMEs.<\/p>\n
