Hohler as new associate.<\/p>\n<p>Martin B\u00fcrkle\u2019s practice focuses on commercial and corporate law including mergers &amp; acquisitions as well as joint venture projects and restructurings. Additional areas of practice include distribution, licensing and general contract law. Martin has also vast experience in liability law, social insurance and insurance contract law. Martin studied law at the University of Berne and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 1997. In 2003 he graduated from the Queen Mary University of London (2003) with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commerical and Corporate Law. Martin also qualified as certified specialist in tort and insurance law of the Swiss Bar association in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Simon M. Hohler specializes in the area of domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration as well as in enforcement and legal assistance matters. He is an alumni of the Universities of Lucerne and Neuch\u00e2tel (MLaw, 2008), the New York University School of Law (LL.M., 2014) and the Swiss Arbitration Academy (ArbP, 2015). Before joining THOUVENIN, Simon M.
