Global Legal Insights: International Arbitration<\/em>, an annually published guide, provides an overview of key topics in international arbitration from the perspective of numerous jurisdictions worldwide. In particular, it addresses arbitration agreements, the conduct of arbitral proceedings, the requirements for arbitrators and their appointment, issues relating to interim measures, as well as arbitral awards and their challenge and enforcement.<\/p>\n

The members of our arbitration team Simon M. Hohler<\/a> and Laura Mahler<\/a> have analyzed these and other topics from a Swiss perspective. Their chapter provides a comprehensive overview of Switzerland\u2019s arbitration-friendly legal framework and also addresses the Supplemental Swiss Rules for Trust, Estate and Foundation Disputes of the Swiss Arbitration Centre.<\/p>\n
