Victory for leading German technology group in Swiss Rules arbitration

Thouvenin successfully defended a leading German technology group in a commercial dispute regarding alleged breaches of warranties and information duties. The case arose from the joint development and subsequent supply of a critical component for a cigarette-like product. The Claimant’s claims were fully dismissed in the final award, and our client was awarded compensation of legal cost.
