Thouvenin Talks – Sebastian Wyler presents on Form Requirements in Employment Law

At the “Thouvenin Talks” event on 4 March 2026 with external guests from the human resources sector, Sebastian Wyler held a presentation on the topic “Form Requirements in Employment Law”.

In his presentation, he examined selected aspects of form requirements in employment law and, in particular, also addressed the practical challenges arising from the use of e-signatures, e-mail, scans and other forms of electronic communication in the employment law context.
