Thouvenin successfully represents one of the Big Four auditors before the Federal Supreme Court

Thouvenin successfully represented one of the Big Four auditors in a professional liability litigation all the way up to the Federal Supreme Court. The lawsuit was brought by a creditor in the wake of a bankruptcy of a company audited by our client. While some of the board members of the company settled the liability case against payment of compensation, our client and its professional liability insurer fought the case and ultimately succeeded before the Supreme Court. The Thouvenin team was lead by Patrick Rohn (partner) and Franziska Studer (senior associate).
