Thouvenin advised Microsoft on the closing of the Nokia acquisition in Switzerland
On April 25, 2014 Microsoft completed the steps necessary to finalize its acquisition of the Nokia Devices and Services business. Thouvenin advised Microsoft on the closing in Switzerland. The team consisted of Michael Bösch and Arlette Pfister.
