IP Newsletter: The advantages of Switzerland as an IP management location

The autumn issue of Thouvenin’s IP Newsletter focuses on “license boxes”, an issue at the crossroads between intellectual property and tax. In 2011, the Swiss Canton of Nidwalden introduced an attractive tax regime for IP companies which may be considered the most liberal and advantageous among comparable systems in Europe. After two years of positive experience, it may be worth to have a closer look at this license box regime. (read more)
