Taking Data Protection Seriously: Arlette Pfister publishes an Article in the Swiss Leading Newspaper Neue Zürcher Zeitung

Arlette Pfister has written a guest article titled “Taking Data ProtectionSeriously” [“Den Datenschutz ernst nehmen“] for the “Recht und Gesellschaft” section of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung published on 3 June 2019. In her article Arlette highlights the risks faced by the board of directors if it fails to perform its non-transferable duties and responsibilities in the area of data protection.
