The book “Due Process as a Limit to Discretion in International Commercial Arbitration” wherein Simon Hohler contributed the chapter on Switzerland is out now.

The book, edited by Prof. Franco Ferrari, Dr. Friedrich Rosenfeld and Dietmar Czernich, offers a comprehensive study on due process as a limit to arbitral discretion useful to practitioners involved in litigation and international arbitration. Based on 19 country reports and a detailed general report authored by the three editors, the book explores how courts in major arbitration jurisdictions apply due process guarantees when performing their post-award review.
