Raphael Meier contributes to “Arbitration in Switzerland – The Practitioner’s Guide”

Raphael Meier commented in the treatise “Arbitration in Switzerland – The Practitioner’s Guide” on Article 187 Swiss Private International Law Act (the lex arbitri for international arbitration in Switzerland) concerning the law applicable to the merits (together with Peter Burckhardt) and on Articles 61-68 WIPO Rules concerning awards and other decisions. “Arbitration in Switzerland – The Practitioner’s Guide” is the most comprehensive treatise on arbitration in Switzerland and has been published recently in its second edition.
