Patrick Rohn and Carolina Keller Jupitz contribute the Swiss Chapter in the second edition of the Complex Commercial Litigation Law Review
The Law Reviews has published its 2nd edition of the guide to Complex Commercial Litigation. The practice-oriented guide is intended to aid companies and their legal advisors who are confronted with commercial litigation in an international context or who seek to prevent commercial disputes. According to The Law Reviews, the guide pools the “core principles and recent developments […] concerning fundamentally important legal issues likely to feature in complex commercial disputes.”
The guide covers 23 jurisdictions. It deals with important issues such as the formation and interpretation of contracts, breach of contract claims and available remedies, as well as the basic principles of civil litigation. The structure of the guide enables the readers to understand the main differences in the various national laws that may affect the outcome of a dispute.
Patrick Rohn and Carolina Keller Jupitz contributed the Swiss chapter in the 2020 edition of the guide.
