Therapeutic Products Act – Second stage of revision enters into force on 1 January 2019

Within the second stage of the revision of the Therapeutic Products Act provisions on market access and safety of medicaments will enter into force on 1 January 2019. Provisions on integrity, transparency and obligation to pass on to pass on discounts for therapeutic products (third stage of the revision of the Therapeutic Products) will become most likely effective on 1 January 2020.
