New Partners and Counsels: Welcome on Board

We have strengthened our team:

Sandra Spirig, Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law and Counsel of Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte since 2016, has been promoted to Partner. With her long-standing expertise, Sandra will further enhance our Private Clients / Entrepreneur practice group.

Rolf Schuler joined our law firm as Partner. Rolf is an acknowledged specialist in questions of domestic and international litigation and resolving of disputes, particularly in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, he has long-standing expertise in the area of white collar crime where he will complement our practice group decisively.

Carolina Keller Jupitz and Anna Neukom Chaney joined Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte as Counsels.

Carolina Keller Jupitz is an experienced litigator, representing and advising national and international clients in disputes concerning contract and corporate law in particular. Together with Rolf Schuler she forms the core team of our white collar crime practice group.

As a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law Anna Neukom Chaney is predominantly active in employment law matters where she advises and accompanies clients with her expertise and know-how in all aspects of an employment relationship under private and public law. One of her further area of expertise is litigation.

We cordially welcome our four colleagues. With their addition we not only strengthen our competence in several areas of expertise significantly but are now also able to offer our clients a team of experienced lawyers in white collar crime matters, an area of increasing relevance in the nowadays business world.
