Global Legal Insights: International Arbitration, an annually published guide, provides an overview of key topics in international arbitration from the perspective of numerous jurisdictions worldwide. In particular, it addresses arbitration agreements, the conduct of arbitral proceedings, the requirements for arbitrators and their appointment, issues relating to interim measures, as well as arbitral awards and their challenge and enforcement.
