Legal 500 EMEA 2020 rankes again five Practise Areas of Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte
In its 2020 EMEA edition Legal 500, one of the world’s leading legal market analyst, recommends again in total five practice areas of Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte.
Legal 500 praises the five practice areas as follows:
Corporate, commercial and M&A (tier 3): Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte’s client portfolio impresses with large companies from the manufacturing, healthcare and technology sector. The team is well versed in assisting throughout the whole cycle of a transaction and is led by Arlette Pfister; she can also advise on employment and immigration law. Michael Bösch supports the team with his commercial law and dispute resolution knowledge. Martin Bürkle is also highlighted.
Dispute resolution – litigation (tier 4): Boutique law firm Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte has a traditional focus on banking and real estate litigation but also handles commercial litigation, post-M&A and joint venture disputes. Daniel Stoll is a key name for disputes relating to commercial fraud and money laundering and is frequently sought out by various banks.
