Dr. Hansjörg Stutzer speaks at the Annual Meeting of Rex Sport

On 8 June 2019 Hansjörg Stutzer analyses at the annual meeting of Rex Sport in Miami the key decisions rendered by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court over the past twelve months in actions for annulment against awards rendered by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) with seat in Lausanne.
