In a recent decision, the Swiss Competition Commission confirmed its tough stance on the sealing-off of the Swiss market and unlawful restrictions of passive sales. It fined an Australian producer and its Swiss importer for unlawfully preventing parallel imports from Poland. A good opportunity to recap some competition law rules.
