On 24 September 2026, Citlali Muster and Sophia Zgraggen gave a presentation at TREUHAND|SUISSE on “Business Succession: Practical Cases, Common Pitfalls and Solutions”.
What is intended from an inheritance law perspective must also work from a corporate law perspective. And what is put in place under corporate law must also stand the test of succession. This interplay and the associated pitfalls were at the heart of the presentation. By combining Sophia Zgraggen’s corporate law expertise with Citlali Muster’s inheritance law expertise, they provided a holistic perspective on business succession.
