Expertise
Michael Bösch has been a Partner with Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte since 2011. He is specialized in international commercial, investment treaty and sport arbitration, in particular under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution but also ad hoc. In doing so, Michael acts primarily as counsel, increasingly also as arbitrator. In addition, he represents clients in state litigation.
His additional expertise is corporate and commercial law where he represents domestic and foreign clients. He is a board member of several companies and acts as a secretary to the board of Zahnärztekasse AG and EOS Schweiz AG.
