Rolf Schuler has been a Partner with Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte since 2019. Due to his former function as judge, Rolf is an acknowledged specialist in questions of domestic and international litigation and resolving of disputes. He has extensive and longstanding experience in bankruptcy proceedings, also as FINMA appointed bankruptcy liquidator and administrator. He further advises and represents his clients in white collar crime proceedings as well as in inheritance and employment matters.
