Thouvenin successfully defeats a multimillion claim

Thouvenin succesfully defeats a CHF 6 million claim. Claimant alleged that our client is liable for the in parts heavy corrosion on the five machines packed by our client. Claimant’s claim was dismissed in full by the Zurich Commercial Court and the subsequent appeal was recently squased by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. The Thouvenin team was lead by the partners Dr. Hansjörg Stutzer and Michael Bösch.
