Sebastian Wyler presents on post-contractual non-compete clauses
At the recurring education event of Arbeitgeber Zürich on 20 August 2026 at Kaufleuten, Sebastian Wyler gave a presentation on the topic “Post-contractual Non-Compete Clauses” in employment law.
In his presentation, he among other examined selected aspects of post-contractual non-compete clauses under Art. 340 et seq. CO. In particular, he addressed practice-relevant questions relating to the agreement, structuring, and enforcement of such clauses.
