Apart from assisting human resources managers in drafting general employment conditions, we specialize with comprehensive knowledge in advising the C-level and in providing support in M&A-transactions, restructurings (including mass dismissals) as well as in international temporary assignments of employees. We have extensive experience in handling complex employment litigation for our corporate clients and individuals in all employment-related disputes.
We also represent Swiss and foreign individual and corporate clients in all matters relating to Swiss immigration law and other areas related thereto such as lending of personnel. We have established a strong practice in relocation of various companies and individuals to Switzerland, from both EU/EFTA countries as well as non-EU/EFTA jurisdictions, also for UHNWI and their families.
