IT Law Newsletter Switzerland: Decision of the Court in the matter Tele2
In its decision in the matter Tele2, the CJEU limits bulk data retention. Although Switzerland is not part of the EU, the decision provides guidelines to the authorities when drafting the lawful interception ordinance and to the providers if they consider challenging an order.
